Very courteous. We dropped in unannounced when the car floor panel came off on one side while traveling on the interstate. He spent some time to fix this on what was obviously a busy day for him. Great guy.

Great service. Dependable results. Straight communications. I have been using Louis' Garage for almost 20years. As a family owned business, they take pride in their work and how they take care of customers. I just drop off the car leave a note in a preprinted envelope. I get a call next day to discuss work needed and Chris is really good at suggesting the right service for my price range. Later I get an estimate and once approved to move forward, my car is done quickly! I am always left with having a great experience and my car has been taken care of and I did not get over charged.

WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH OUR TOYOTA RAV4. I CALLED CHRIS WHO TOOK OUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE. THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT. WHILE THERE I ASKED THEM TO INSPECT THE WHOLE VEHICLE. ALL WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE A/C WHICH WAS SERVICED. GOOD EXPERIENCE AS ALWAYS.

Knowledgeable and really good to work with. Chris and the team helped me decide if my 2005 Camry should get $1,500 of exhaust work. They took into account the life expectancy of the car, pros and cons of doing the work, timing and logistics. Always available for a question. Great computer system - sends text messages of work needed and status of job, complete with links to pictures of problems. Very satisfied!
