We returned to have our air conditioner repaired because, as they had predicted when they put the dye in in the spring, it ceased to blow cold air after a short time. They not only diagnosed the problem for us ( compressor and condenser) but they went out of their way and called Honda and found out we had an extended warranty and it all would be covered for us. We were not charged for the second evaluation and they directed us so that we paid zero dollars and got everything fixed. Most admirable on their on their part

I had my family in my van with a u-haul trailer full of our stuff attached. I started overheating. I pulled in for a an emergency diagnosis and the man was very helpful! Dove right under to see if he could find the leak which he soon did and was able to advise me how to get back on the road to get my family where we needed to be. Even took the time to fill up a bottle with water for me to top off my coolant reservoir if needed. THANK YOU!
